Many businesses start out on a small scale. With some hard work and dedication, these businesses manage to garner successes and grow over time. One company that did just this is Young Living. It started out as a single, small farm and has grown to become a worldwide leader in essential oils. It’s quite an amazing accomplishment, and it’s one that keeps pushing the company forward.

Young Living recently came out with a makeup line full of all-natural products. Creating new products and finding new uses for essential oils appears to be something this company strives to do on a consistent basis. While it might be great to have many options available to choose from, it presents a bit of a problem. It’s significantly difficult to look through everything, so unless you know exactly what you’re looking for ahead of time, you’re going to have to set aside some time for browsing.

Distributor

I might be a distributor for Young Living, but I’m not exactly up-to-date on the plethora of products they offer. The amount is staggering, so I’m rather amazed by anyone who is. It takes a lot of dedication to learn about that many products, and it seems I’m lacking in that particular department. Yet, seeing how I’m meant to be part of the company, I figured I should get better about being involved. I spent some time browsing the Young Living website and thought I’d share a few of my discoveries with you.

Aromadome/Aromalux Combo

At first glance, the AromaDome looks like a popup tent. Upon a closer look, it appears to be exactly that but smaller and with a different purpose. It’s designed to work with the AromaLux, which is an atomizing aromatherapy diffuser, so one could surmise that the main purpose behind it is aromatherapy. Yet, considering the hefty price tag, there must be more to it than such a simple solution.

AromaDomeA quick internet search revealed that the tent is a concentrated way to inhale essential oils, which increases the benefits and decreases oil waste. It’s similar to placing a warm towel over your head but is more efficient and doesn’t feel as gross. The tent and diffuser work together to deliver the perfect amount of vapor – 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off for up to 30 minutes. The length, oil type, and concentration all depend on what your preferences are.

Where you use the AromaDome is also up to you. The dome is meant to be used on a flat surface. This allows you or whoever is using it to lie down comfortably throughout the session. A flat surface could be the floor, a bed, a massage table, or an especially flat rock – whatever you have available and deem comfortable enough.

Although it’s a bit on the spendy side, the AromaDome/AromaLux Combo is a good investment for those who spend a lot of time meditating or working on breathing practices. It’s also a sound purchase for those who have their own practice and are looking for a slight edge against the competition. If you need more information about the product prior to purchasing, head over to the AromaDome website, which is run by the person who invented it.

Healthy is the Way to Be

Quite frankly, food is one of the last things that comes to mind when thinking about essential oils. Yet, Young Living has a surprisingly large line of food products. This might seem odd at first, until you remember that oils come from plants that are grown on farms. Suddenly, you start thinking it actually makes a lot of sense, especially when you consider how many of the oils themselves are edible. Einkorn

Now, you can use oils to make food yourself, or you can purchase pre-made items. These items are found under the healthy snacking section of the Young Living website. It’s an interesting selection, ranging from dried berries to rotini pasta. Every item is made with natural ingredients designed to benefit the human body. If you’re looking for healthy alternatives, it’s worth checking out what’s available.

Many of the edible products have a fairly noticeable aspect in common; they’re made from something called einkorn. Einkorn is one of the purest and oldest forms of wheat. It contains low levels of gluten and is more compatible with the human body than other forms. It’s full of nutrients and is all-around better for you than other forms of wheat.

Whether any of this is true or not, I cannot say, for I am not a doctor. Plenty of personal testimonies exist, but these usually have to be taken with a grain of salt. Diffuse the Situation

I’m sure I’ve mentioned it before, but my favorite way to use essential oils is through aromatherapy. I’m perfectly happy with the diffuser I have, but some of the ones on the Young Living website have me thinking I might want another one. You see, my diffuser is functional and aesthetically pleasing, but it’s also very plain. It has basic features and functions, and it’s been a great starting point for my adventures in aromatherapy. Now, I think I’d like one with a little more finesse and greater benefits.

DinosaursOf course, the only reason getting a new one has crossed my mind is because I discovered new options I didn’t previously know were available to me. Young Living has some pretty advanced diffusers, complete with remote controls and ionizers. There are also some unique travel diffusers, which I wasn’t even aware was a thing until I came across them on the site. These options are incredible, but the one that caught my eye the most was the ultrasonic diffuser.

The diffuser itself isn’t anything special. It does the same things the other ones do, but it has one important distinction – the cover is changeable. You can choose from a volcano with dinosaurs, a dolphin lagoon, and a rearing horse. Quite frankly, they’re all pretty cool. Plus, they come equipped with a night light, making them an excellent option for a child’s room. They’re fun to look at, have more than one use, and offer health benefits. What’s not to like?

The Fun is Just Beginning

I’d be lying if I said I looked through the entire product catalog (it’s almost 200 pages) or browsed every web page Young Living has to offer. I looked at a lot of them, however, and it’s safe to say there’s no end to the incredible products. If you don’t believe me, feel free to look for yourself. Someday, perhaps, I’ll try to brief you on a few more of the interesting products I found. For now, enjoy these few and take some time to read up on essential oils. Getting lost in this world is something you won’t regret.
